ARTIST NOTES: In “Charting the Voyage of Discovery – Heart of the Sea,” the viewer takes a journey into the magical depths of the ocean, a mysterious world far below the surface. The artwork captures the wonder and mystery of the deep sea, with vibrant colors and textures showing a path of exploration. It blends abstract elements with a sense of awe for the
hidden beauty beneath the waves.
The textured orange tones represent an underwater volcano, symbolizing the raw energy and life thriving in the ocean. The orange gradually transitions into yellow and then cooler blue tones, showing the balance between volcanic warmth and the cool, magical ocean depths.
At the center of the artwork is an enchanted stone, symbolizing the heart of the sea’s magic. This stone radiates golden light across the canvas, representing pure gold mines and the energy of the sea, illuminating the underwater world.
